To familiarise you with the site, the experience begins with a visit to the estate, vines, vat hall and cellars. Then it’s time to get down to business. After discovering blending techniques, it’s tubes and pipettes at the ready as you create your very own wine. With complete freedom, and advice from the château’s official sommelier, you will measure out, mix, and opt for one or other of the grape varieties before deciding on your final blend. Once you’ve finished, your creation will be bottled and personal labels printed.
