Cognac is something I obviously know of, but it’s not something I drink often. I was amazed at all of the things I learned about this beautifully aged and complex spirit and the history and tradition of it, and by the end of the trip I had totally fallen in love with Cognac.

I’ve been drinking it with friends and as a night cap at home since I returned.
