Maison des Sancerre is an entirely-renovated 14th century building in the historic heart of Sancerre, a special meeting venue for AOP winegrowers and visitors. And it’s teeming with fun things to do, too!

There is an interactive museum, film screenings in the vineyards, a 4D flight over the vineyard at harvest time, tasting workshops, a life-size game of snakes and ladders in the gardens… in short, there’s something for everyone.

From late May to the end of August, the Vindredis – Wine Fridays – are popular occasions: every Friday, a village in the appellation puts on a wine tasting accompanied by the famous crottin de Chavignol cheese, another AOP from Centre-Val de Loire.
